Welcome to Equihub 101! We've designed this introduction as your first step in mastering Equihub, which is built specifically for professional equestrian teams like yours.
What is Equihub?
Equihub is the stable managment software for professional equestrian teams. It has everything a modern stable needs to operate and manage their day-to-day. Wether you run a pure sport stables, focus on sales or breeding, Equihub will work for you. When we started building and designing Equihub, we began with a blank canvas and designed software we feel you deserve.

Equihub apps
Equihub is split in several apps, each with a specific purpose. Within each app, you'll find usefull features that apply to their domain.
The Equihub apps are:
- Stable: Your daily stable operations like horses, tasks, health and more
- Finance: Track spending, revenue and invoice customers
- Breeding: Manage everything related to breeding: mares, breeding cycles, embryos, todo's, ...
- Sales: Create professional sales pages for each horse. Manage your customers their their search preferences
- Settings: Customize your Equihub experience and manage users
Navigating in Equihub
To switch between apps, you can click on the top-left app switching icon. This will show all your available apps. When selecting an app, the interface and side navigation will change to this app. On mobile, the app switcher is located on the bottom left, labeled as More. This button, and navigation menu is often refered to as the App Switcher

Getting support
In case you need help, you can access the Help Center in Equihub. You can open the help center by clicking in the Support button. You"ll find this button in the left side navigation. On mobile, this is located in the More menu.
In the Help Center you can access different resources:
- Featured help articles and video
- Link to the full Help Center on the website
- A Talk to support WhatsApp button
- An Email to support button
Our goal is the make Equihub as easy as possible, but sometimes some extra help is needed. In case the help articles don't solve your problem, we are always happy to support you via phone, email or video-call.
Change personal preferences
To change your personal preferences you can navigate to My profile via the App Switcher.
Here you can manage several preferences:
- Your Profile, including an avatar, your name, email and phone number. Just click the Pencil icon to change this information.
- Authority, this shows which access you have within Equihub. Contact your Account Owner to change this.
- Settings, detailed settings changing the way Equihub work for you.
Settings explained
These settings are personal to you and don't impact other users.
General settings
- Language: Set the language of the Equihub interface
- Default app: Set which should be shown when opening Equihub. By default this is Stable.
- Default location: Set a default location, to pre-set filters in Equihub. For example, only show horses in Tasks for your location.
- Default team: Set a default team, to pre-set filters in Equihub. For example, only show horses in Tasks for your team.
Task board settings
- Sort by on: Change how Tasks is sorted by default. Options are, Horse name, Horse rating or Box.
- User color: Change which color tasks assigned to you should receive. This can make the board more easy to use. This color can be changed by an account owner.
- Show horse avatar (Task Boars): Show the avatar image of a horse on the task board or not. If you have many horses, turning this off can increase the number of horses you see in one view.
- Show horse avatar (Nutrition): Show the avatar image of a horse on the nutrition board or not. If you have many horses, turning this off can increase the number of horses you see in one view.
Notifications
- Health: Set if you want to receive health related notifications.
- Events: Set if you want to receive event related notifications.

The App Switcher menu also includes:
Emergency:
Set quick to access emergency contact numbers. For example, the vet that needs to be called when there is a medical emergency.
Messages:
All your health and event notifications and reminders.
